At Freedom In Home Nursing, we provide weekly nursing visits, medication monitoring, prescription maintenance,wound treatment, diabetes maintenance, education, and overall nursing care. We ensure that our clients medical and nutritional needs are being addressed and monitored. We offer video conferencing 12 hours a day. And can be onsite in 15-30 minutes. We coordinate care and treatment concerns with our clients Primary Care Providers to ensure the most effective avenue of care is provided. Our medical home care professionals take all your specific requests and demands into consideration and guarantee personalized attention. Whatever the hour may be, our licensed practitioners are readily available to cater to your medical needs.

Freedom In Home Nursing, also provides companion care two days a week. From light house keeping to transportation to and from doctor appointments, prescription pick ups, shopping, bathing, massage, even pet care. We also offer healthy and care plan compliant meal options. Our compassionate team companion aides are at your disposal to make sure your in home care experience is as comfortable as possible.
